Terms of Service

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Stoxlo is an information and analysis platform focused on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). Depending on your account status, the Service may include market overview, stock screening, company research, portfolio and watchlist tools, and an AI assistant.

Some areas of the Service (such as market overview and the screener) may be available without an account. Other features (such as portfolio, watchlist, and the AI assistant) require you to sign in.

Stoxlo is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. We do not execute trades, hold funds or securities, or provide personalized investment advice. You place buy and sell orders through your own licensed PSX broker.

The Service provides tools and information only. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. AI-generated content may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are solely responsible for verifying information and for your investment decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws in Pakistan and any other jurisdiction that applies to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@stoxlo.net.

Market data and related information are provided for informational purposes only. Data may be sourced from or derived from PSX and other third parties and may be refreshed on a periodic basis rather than in real time.

Stock-level tools (including the screener, company detail views, and related features) currently focus on KSE-100 constituent stocks (approximately 100 names). The market overview may display major PSX indices such as the KSE-100, KSE-30, and KMI-30. Coverage may change over time without notice.

The AI assistant generates responses based on automated systems and available data. Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.

Do not rely on AI responses as the sole basis for investment decisions. Always verify material facts independently before acting.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service (such as watchlists, portfolio holdings, and messages to the AI assistant). You grant Stoxlo a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

If you upload a broker statement or other PDF for portfolio import, you represent that you have the right to upload it and that doing so does not violate any agreement with your broker or any third party. Broker statements may contain account identifiers or other sensitive information — upload only if you are comfortable sharing that material with us for processing.

Stoxlo offers free and paid plans as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans may include additional features or usage limits (such as AI chat credits). When you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Fees, billing cycles, and included usage are shown at checkout or on the Pricing page. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required. Except where stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of paid features or any specific level of AI usage.

The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Stoxlo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOXLO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stoxlo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirements.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stoxlo regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We encourage you to contact us first at contact@stoxlo.net to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled as required by applicable law.
